How do I restore my PicDump Pro subscription?
Open PicDump, tap Go Pro, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where are my photos stored?
On your phone. PicDump works out your dumps on the device and never uploads your photos. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I have no account. How do I delete my data?
There is no PicDump account and we hold no personal data about you. Everything PicDump stores is on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it. Photos you exported stay in your gallery until you delete them.
