Account & Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Quran Chat account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
1Send an email info@horizonzeta.com
2Include in your email:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Quran Chat"
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want your account deleted
3We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted

| Account credentials (email, password) | Permanently deleted |
| Profile information (name, age group, gender) | Permanently deleted |
| Quran reading progress | Permanently deleted |
| Prayer tracking history | Permanently deleted |
| AI chat conversation history | Permanently deleted |
| Saved verses and bookmarks | Permanently deleted |
| Subscription/purchase history | Retained for legal/tax purposes (anonymized) |
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all your reading progress, prayer streaks, and saved data. If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it through Google Play Store before requesting deletion.
Data Retention
After your deletion request is processed:
- Most data is deleted immediately
- Some anonymized data may be retained for up to 90 days in backup systems
- Purchase records are retained for legal compliance (7 years) but are anonymized
